Who we are
iVisdom (KVK 80815987), based in Uithoorn, the Netherlands, is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@ivisdom.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, the category you select, your message, and, separately, whether you opted in to occasional updates. We don't collect any other personal data through this site, and we don't use cookies or tracking scripts.
Why we use it
Your name, email, and message are used to respond to your inquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions sent to us. If you separately opt in to updates, we use your email address for that specific purpose only, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. Opting in or out never affects whether we respond to your original message.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to deliver emails, Vercel to host this site, and Upstash to store contact form submissions. All three process data on our behalf under their own standard data processing terms. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep a record of contact form submissions, including your name, email, and whether you opted in to updates, until you ask us to remove it. We use this to respond to you and, separately, to know who has and hasn't agreed to receive updates, so we never send them to anyone who didn't opt in.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy of it. Email us at info@ivisdom.com for any of these, or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
